I ordered this bag as a gift and asked for it to be gift wrapped. If that was not possible I would have at least expected it to arrive with a presentable bag that isn’t torn up and folded and creased. It really takes away from the overall quality and pleasure of it being gifted even if it is just the paper bag but at this level every detail should be taken into consideration.
