Each Kay piece is crafted with care, and a little attention will help keep it looking its best. Here are our recommended care guidelines:

• Raffia totes and bags: Do not wash.
• Fabric totes: Wash using cold water on a delicate cycle.
• Stains: Treat stains with a suitable stain remover spray, depending on the color of the tote.
• Leather bags: We recommend taking them to a professional cleaner to remove any stains.
• Klutches with scarabs: If stained, use a stain remover spray and wash by hand. Avoid direct contact between water and the scarab.

At this time, we do not offer customization. Each Kay design is carefully crafted to reflect our signature style and quality.
