How do I take care of my Kay product?
Each Kay piece is crafted with care, and a little attention will help keep it looking its best. Here are our recommended care guidelines:
- Leather products: We recommend taking them to a professional cleaner to remove any stains.
- Fabric products: Wash using cold water on a delicate cycle. In case of any stains, Treat stains with a suitable stain remover spray, depending on the color of the fabric.
- Fabric products with Scarab: If stained, use a stain remover spray and wash by hand. Avoid direct contact between water and the scarab.
- Raffia products: Do not wash.
Do you accept customization requests?
At this time, we do not offer customization. Each Kay design is carefully crafted to reflect our signature style and quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, as well as Sympl for flexible payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your privacy and security are a top priority — every transaction is handled with the highest level of encryption and safety.
Do you have physical stores or is it online only?
