At KAY, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order being placed.
- Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotions, or peak seasons may require additional processing time.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other governorates: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, operational delays, holidays, or courier availability.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times to complete your order.
Prior to delivery, the courier may send a text message and/or contact you using the details provided at checkout. Customers are kindly requested to remain reachable and ensure contact information is accurate.
If the courier is unable to reach the customer or receives no response after contact attempts, this may result in delivery delays or rescheduling to a later delivery date.
If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful
Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
