We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

We understand the importance of verifying your order before payment. However, due to repeated cases of product and packaging mishandling during delivery, couriers are not permitted to open packages upon delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist with the return or exchange process.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order number).
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased from outlets are not eligible for return or exchange. Only products purchased through our online store qualify.
  • Sale items and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.
  • We do not offer refunds for gifts. However, we would be happy to arrange an exchange for products of equal or higher value.
  • KAY reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the products do not meet the conditions stated above.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers will be notified whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If the return request is rejected, the order will be shipped back to the original delivery address and additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note:

  • All orders undergo a quality inspection process before shipment.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • For orders paid in cash, refunds can be processed via bank transfer or InstaPay.
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
