I bought the bag during the Black Friday sale. I received it, had a quick look, and returned it in the box (I didn't check thoroughly as I trusted the website, the material, and because my friends usually buy from you). When I was going to use it for the first time and took a close look, I realised that the threads weren't tight in some places, and there were also scratches on the edges! It was obvious that it was either very old or had even been used before!

I gave you a chance and sent messages several times but received no reply, although you post a story every single day or every couple of days! This is unacceptable, especially considering that your bags aren't cheap and you claim they are made from real leather!

I tried to find an email address to send you my receipt, but I discovered that you didn't even send a confirmation email! You knew you were sending subpar material! I have pictures of the bag and screenshots from when I ordered.
